Our History
TOO-EDL OIL GAS was founded in 2013 by a group of industry experts who saw an opportunity to establish a world-class refining operation in Kazakhstan
Petroleum Product
TOO-EDL OIL GAS is the leader of Kazakhstan oil industry and a public oil company. The main activities of the company are the search and exploration of hydrocarbon deposits, the extraction of oil gas, gas condensate, projects on the shelf, processing and marketing of oil gas, gas and products in Kazakhstan and abroad.
Gas Production
Against the background of global growth in gas production and use as greenest fossil fuel. TOO-EDL OIL GAS continues to expand the share of gas in it’s assets portfolio and hydrocarbon production (21%) gradually reducing the gap between it’s self and large international companies (30-50%).
Exploitation of Oil Production
In the 4th quarter of 2016, the company increased gas production and became the leader among independent gas producers in Kazakhstan in terms of average daily gas production. In 2016, gas production increased by 73% reaching a record level of 67.1 billion cubic meters.

TOO-EDL OIL GAS is the undisputed leader of its industry in terms of processing efficiency. Its processing depth is above 90%, while more than 71% of light petroleum products are produced in Euro-5 ecological class. Natural gas is sold to consumers in the Republic of Kazakhstan and on international market as LNG, aviation kerosene JP54 / A1, diesel D2 / D6, mazut M100 and other crude oil products. The company sells natural gas to customers in the Kazakhstan Republic and on the global market as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Jet Fuel JP54/A1, Diesel D2/D6, M100 Mazut and other petroleum commodities.
