TOO-EDL OIL GAS is the undisputed leader of its industry in terms of processing efficiency. Its processing depth is above 90%, while more than 71% of light petroleum products are produced in Euro-5 ecological class. Natural gas is sold to consumers in the Republic of Kazakhstan and on international market as LNG, aviation kerosene JP54 / A1, diesel D2 / D6, mazut M100 and other crude oil products. The company sells natural gas to customers in the Kazakhstan Republic and on the global market as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Jet Fuel JP54/A1, Diesel D2/D6, M100 Mazut and other petroleum commodities. The business strategy implemented by the Company is focused on ensuring sustainable development of oil production and processing capacities. At present, Pricaspian Petroleum Company key targets are to stabilize the oil production rate, proceed with the upgrading of processing units and with refining throughput increment, reorganize the business, develop the effective interaction pattern for the Holding’s enterprises, decrease expenses and increase the operational performance efficiency.

What We do

Today, we supply over 3.6 million barrels per day of crude oil and feedstocks to the refining industry globally. We take the time to understand the specific requirements and preferences of refiners worldwide and have a long track record of consistently and reliably sourcing the right feedstock to meet our customers’ needs at the right time. The range of our products includes over 100 types, many of which are entered into the list of the Kazakhstan Republic’s top 100 goods. In 2009, the Refinery was awarded the Kazakhstan Republican Government Prize for great achievements in products quality enhancement. In 2012, TOO-EDL OIL GAS became one of the first Kazakhstan Republican refineries, which fully converted to production of gasolines and diesel oil under the Euro-5 environmental standard.
